A valid point, but I can go more than six seconds without blinking. And often do.

I guess the real problem with testing this would be
if you tried to determine whether or not you did this, you’d end up deliberately staring into people’s eyes as long as possible, regardless of intent to murder/sex/show respect

Gearbox hosted a promotional event where several seriously lucky members of the press were privileged to a hands-on helping of Aliens: Colonial Marines. The event caused enough of a ruckus to stir the xenomorph queen herself. There were no survivors.
